Come to At the farm on Friday, June 12, 2026. Bring your order confirmation email. We'll have your order labeled and ready to go — vacuum-sealed and frozen.

Take it home and enjoy
All cuts are vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen. They'll keep in your freezer for up to a year. Thaw in the fridge overnight when you're ready.
Common questions
Can I order and pick up on the same day?
No — all orders must be placed ahead of the pickup date. Orders placed after the harvest closes won't ship until the next harvest.
What if I can't make the pickup date?
Reach out ahead of time and we'll see what we can arrange. Missed pickups without notice are generally forfeited.
How do I store my order once I get it?
Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight for best results. Keeps up to 1 year frozen in the vacuum seal.
How often do you process?
We process 3–4 times per year in small batches. Join our email list to hear about upcoming harvests first.
